Erasmus plus opportunities

As part of the Erasmus+ program, we offer training courses and youth exchanges focused on empowering youth workers and young people. Our projects aim to address key challenges, including mental health, inclusion, and youth empowerment. We focus on providing non-formal learning experiences that equip participants with practical tools for personal and professional growth. At the heart of all our programs is the unique connection with nature, as our venue is situated in the middle of a forest, providing an immersive environment.

We host several Training Courses designed to address issues such as well-being, supporting NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth, and promoting resilience. Additionally, we organise youth exchanges, bringing together young people from diverse countries and backgrounds to foster cross-cultural understanding, collaboration, and community-building.

2. Be Where Your Feet Are: Mindfulness and self-care practices

2x1 week

20-28 September 2025 (days of travel included)

20-28 May 2026 (days of travel included)

Aim:

The primary objective of our project, "Be Where Your Feet Are," is to equip youth workers with practical tools, knowledge, and experiences that empower them to promote resilience and well-being among young people. The project aims to address the growing mental health crisis, foster a holistic connection with nature, and empower youth workers with the knowledge and tools needed for sustainable, impactful youth work. Our goal is to create a supportive community, encourage lifelong learning, and contribute to the long-term development of youth work practices. The project will culminate in the co-creation of a comprehensive toolkit, a tangible resource that encapsulates diverse strategies grounded in self-awareness, nature connection, and coping techniques.

Methodology:

The methodology of this training course is based on Non-Formal Education (NFE) principles, emphasizing learning by doing. Activities are designed with clear learning objectives to ensure a coherent and effective educational process for both individuals and groups. We incorporate outdoor experiential learning, using the natural environment to enhance personal well-being and resilience. The course follows a horizontal approach, promoting equal participation and peer learning, while also integrating art pedagogy to encourage creativity and self-expression.

Target group:

The training is designed to meet the needs of youth workers and those in the supporting profession, particularly those engaging with vulnerable groups such as NEET young people, refugees, neurodivergent youth, and those with fewer opportunities. Participants should be individuals who can commit to both 2 weeks of the training and willing to engage in building habits in the 6 month interim period keeping in touch with the group.

We are looking for participants from Albania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovenia and Turkey
