The Garden

Our garden is located in the Gödöllő hills, on the outskirts of Domony, as part of the Dombfalva project. This place has started to restore a fallow field to a more natural landscape using regenerative methods. The Dombfalva project is 8 years old, while our garden started to be built last year. We cultivate the garden itself with biointensive cultivation methods and several regenerative technologies, the goal of which is to improve soil life in the long term. We are not yet certified organic growers, but we are well on our way to doing so. We primarily plan to offer all kinds of seasonal vegetables, preserves, vegetable creams, or herbal teas.
