Erasmus plus opportunities
As part of the Erasmus+ program, we offer training courses and youth exchanges focused on empowering youth workers and young people. Our projects aim to address key challenges, including mental health, inclusion, and youth empowerment. We focus on providing non-formal learning experiences that equip participants with practical tools for personal and professional growth. At the heart of all our programs is the unique connection with nature, as our venue is situated in the middle of a forest, providing an immersive environment.
This year, we will host several Training Courses designed to address issues such as well-being, supporting NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth, and promoting resilience. Additionally, we organise youth exchanges, bringing together young people from diverse countries and backgrounds to foster cross-cultural understanding, collaboration, and community-building.

1. Mastering Stress: Building Resilience and Professional Identity
7-15 June 2025 (days of travel included)
Aim:
The project focuses on fostering personal well-being, professional identity, and peer support while experimenting with practical tools preventing burnout. Participants will engage in activities that explore mental and physical health, personal resources in coping, the role of nature, setting boundaries, and developing action plans for sustainable well-being.
Methodology:
The methodology of this training course is based on Non-Formal Education (NFE) principles, emphasizing learning by doing. Activities are designed with clear learning objectives to ensure a coherent and effective educational process for both individuals and groups. We incorporate outdoor experiential learning, using the natural environment to enhance personal well-being and resilience. The course follows a horizontal approach, promoting equal participation and peer learning, while also integrating art pedagogy to encourage creativity and self-expression.
Target group:
This training course is designed for youth workers who are working in high-pressure environments, particularly those supporting vulnerable youth. It is ideal for professionals who may be experiencing the early signs of burnout, often without adequate supervision or support. Participants should be individuals who feel fatigued and are in need of inspiration to rejuvenate their professional journey. The course aims to strengthen their professional identity, motivation, and provide opportunities to connect with peers, creating a network of support and shared experience.

We plan to run this training course every autumn, to refine and expand a comprehensive methodology for supporting NEET youth and to create an informal network of youth workers. A key outcome will be the development of a toolkit.
Methodology:
We use non-formal educational activities including art pedagogy and experiential learning. The course follows a horizontal approach, promoting equal participation and peer learning as well as trying the role of a facilitator and giving and receiving feedback on workshops designed.
Target group:
We are looking for youth workers who would like to enhance their facilitator skills and everyday practices when working with NEET youth. We are looking for individuals who are directly in contact with these young people.
